Reports to: General Manager
The Manager works in conjunction with the General Manager to ensure that the total operation of the restaurant runs smoothly, including labor, staffing, guest experience, monitoring food costs and waste, and meeting outlined goals.
Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
